Survey, Polls, and the Like - Part 2

Well as many of you probably noticed I added a new feature to my blog about a month ago. It's the poll that you see to the right of the screen asking for your rating of my blog. Well I figured since over fifty people have voted I should go ahead and comment. First of eighteen people said they thought my blog is terrible which is one third of those who voted. Then another 15 people said they thought it is poor while 13 said they thought it was okay. Only eight of the 54 people thought it is excellent which is 14%. So my question is "Why?". Those of you who said any of the first three let me know how you think I can improve. And those 8 who said they thought it was excellent let me know why as well. Of course feel free to comment anonymously. I guess for my self I would have to rate it between Okay and Poor just because I know I could do better. So please let me know. Thanks.

    Well... I was one of the eight that said your blog was excellent! The reason I voted that is because all of your posts are very real and I think that you truly beleive what you say. It's good to see other christians not being ashamed to blog about their faith! But better web design would be nice! :)

    Hey,

    I was on that said your blog was excellent, because your blog posts made me think about things and you truely write what you really feel. I'm not the kinda of person who notices designs and what not, so I don't do off that point of view. I just like to see blogs with Christians posting how they truely believe and you did it awesomely!

    Yeah, I don't really care about the looks, I come for the message! You're posts are often quite powerful, and thus it does get a good rating! I like the small quotes you sometimes post, those are very thought provoking, making you think all day! :)

    @ The Three Ladies - Thanks, I definantly plan to continue my posts on Biblical issues and thoughts. I do enjoy those short quotes that make you think.

    I voted okay. I think that your blog is really good as far as the post content goes...I agree with some of the above comments, I like posts that make you think. To improve, I think you could update your web design,and maybe add more pictures to your posts! Keep it up, I find it interesting!
